Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as bedding, used kitchenware, or customized items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or process a refund as applicable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued in the same form as the original payment method (cash on delivery refunds will be arranged through bank transfer or agreed method).

Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to availability. Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.
